Take Exit 351 (Old Exit 28) for Philadelphia. Follow U.S. Route 1 North. Take the Trenton exit onto I-95 North. Take exit 49 for Newtown/Yardley. Turn left onto the Newtown Bypass/PA-332 West. Turn left onto Campus Drive.

From I-95 North
 Take exit 49 for Newtown/Yardley. Turn left onto the Newtown Bypass/PA-332 West. Turn left onto Campus Drive.

From Tacony/Palmyra Bridge
 Take the 2nd right at the end of the bridge onto State Road. Continue to I-95 North and follow above directions.

From Burlington Bristol Bridge
After crossing the bridge, follow PA-413. Bear left onto I-95 North and follow above directions.
