ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Holy Family University does not recognize the cut system. Students are expected
to attend all classes and laboratory sessions regularly and may not absent themselves
except for illness or other serious matters. Students who have registered but
do not attend classes (including students who have decided before the semester
commences not to begin classes at all) must notify the Registrar's Office in
writing that they are dropping or withdrawing from the course within the semester
calendar to avoid a failing grade for the course.
NAME/ADDRESS/TELEPHONE NUMBER CHANGE:
Please complete a name/address/telephone change form in the Registrar's Office
if you have any of these personal information changes. Address and Phone number
changes may also be made on the Web.
ATTENTION ALL FIRST-TIME FULL-TIME STUDENTS:
Medical forms, including records of immunization, must be completed and returned
to the Vice President for Student Services before mid-term exams of the semester
during which the student matriculates into Holy Family University. Students
who do not provide this form will not receive their grades or be able to register
for future terms until the health history form is submitted with all required
information, including completed immunizations. These forms are confidential
and there will be no discrimination regarding admission relative to information
disclosed on them.
