New LiveText e-Portfolio System starting this fall for the School of Education
Selected School of Education classes will begin piloting LiveText during the fall 2008 semester. This new and innovative electronic portfolio system will be introduced in several freshman and senior courses.
LiveText will help our students create e-portfolios and share them with professors, classmates, and employers. The days of misplacing important information, creating and hand delivering class assignments, and storing class projects and field journals will soon be over. No more boxes of materials saved and sorted, edited or even redone for a paper-based senior portfolio. A personal e-portfolio will be completed, saved, and organized as students move through their program. The portfolio will show people including prospective employers how students have grown in teaching skills and what each has accomplished.
LiveText permits you to author, submit, and organize all your work online. The work is stored in a secure server and remains available to you even after graduation.
