Campus Expansion in Newtown

Specifically, the University is expanding its presence in Bucks County to offer students more educational opportunities and to serve the community in new ways.

To serve those needs, Holy Family acquired a new campus facility in Newtown, Bucks County. The new location, known as Newtown West, supplements the existing Newtown East campus facility. The Newtown West campus location is located less than two miles away.

Newtown West is a 47,573-square-foot facility and sits on a 6.5-acre site. The space features 21 classrooms and 10 laboratory rooms. Other amenities are space for a library/resource center, bookstore, cafeteria, and an outdoor quad. The acquisition was highlighted in the Philadelphia Business Journal article on universities that contributed to driving growth with capital projects in 2022.
