Holy Family University Awarded Aim & Attain Near Completer Grant
Grant will assist former students in obtaining degrees
Holy Family University will partner with the Bucks County Workforce Development Board in support of a $1.3
million Aim & Attain Near Completer Grant that will benefit former Holy Family University and other Pennsylvania undergraduate students who were near degree completion, but withdrew from the University prior to obtaining their diplomas or certificates.
The grant was secured through the Bucks County Department of Workforce and Economic Development (WED). The monies were awarded from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry (L&I).
The program goal is for eligible students to earn credentials, obtain appropriate training, immediately enter the job market, and earn a living wage in high-priority occupations.
“Holy Family University is thrilled to enter into this partnership with the Bucks County Department of Workforce and Economic Development as a tangible and timely way to bring our would be graduates to the finish line,” said Holy Family University President Anne Prisco.
“The Aim & Attain grant provides an opportunity for students to redefine and reimagine their future by attaining assistance and earning a sought-after Holy Family University degree and the benefits that this degree brings with it.”
