Holy Family University to Host Forum for Candidates Seeking State Attorney General Post

Holy Family University will host candidates who are seeking the Pennsylvania State Attorney General’s post during a forum on Friday, April 5 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Room 115 of the Campus Center on the University’s Philadelphia campus. The forum is being organized by the Drug & Alcohol Service Providers Organization of Pennsylvania (DASPOP) in advance of the April 23 primary and will allow the candidates to share their individual platforms and priorities for the position. The general election for State Attorney General will take place on November 5, 2024.

Democratic candidates participating in the forum include: Keir Bradford-Grey, Eugene DePasquale, Joe Khan, Jared Solomon and Jack Stollsteimer. Republican candidates for Attorney General David Sunday and Craig Williams will not be in attendance.

The position is currently held by Michelle Henry, who succeeded now Governor Josh Shapiro in the role.  All of the candidates meet the requirements of being at least 30 years old, are residents of Pennsylvania for at least seven years and hold membership of the bar of the state Supreme Court.
