Holy Family University Hosts Inaugural Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society Induction

Holy Family University’s English program proudly inducted nine students into the Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society during its inaugural ceremony on April 29. The significant event also marked the establishment of the Alpha Omega Pi chapter at Holy Family, representing one of the first new chapters inaugurated in the honor society’s second millennium.

Dr. Felicia Steele, Sigma Tau Delta’s Eastern Regent, joined chapter advisers Dr. Melissa Rampelli and Dr. Robert Ficociello in welcoming the cohort of outstanding inductees who have demonstrated exemplary dedication and achievement in the field of English studies.

“The Holy Family English program looks forward to the continued growth and success of its Sigma Tau Delta chapter, “ Dr. Rampelli said. “by continuing to nurture a community of scholars and fostering a culture of academic excellence within the field of English studies.”
