Philadelphia Business Journal Features Latest Venture of Rodan Enterprises LLC, a Proposed $40 Million Marina and Entertainment Venture of Ron and Dana Russikoff (’92)

Holy Family University Alumna Dana Russikoff (’92) and her husband, Ron, recently shared the vision for their latest venture, One River Development LLC, in an article featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal. Having secured a 6-acre waterfront plot along the Delaware River in Northeast Philadelphia, the Russikoffs plan on developing a $40 million marina, swimming pool, and entertainment complex that will cater to the recreational desires of both local residents and visiting boaters, with an emphasis on nautical tourism.

The Russikoffs founded and have since sold SureShade, a designer and manufacturer of patented retractable sunshade systems for the marine industry. The couple’s innovation was profiled in the Spring 2023 HFU Magazine.

Dana currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Holy Family University School of Business.
