Student Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing student engagement initiatives to encourage participation in surveys and data collection activities.
Collaborate with student organizations and other campus entities to maximize student involvement.

Technical Guides and Handouts:

Create visually appealing and informative handouts, and technical guides that simplify complex information for dissemination across the institution.
Collaborate with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness team to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical materials.

Administrative Support:

Assist in managing office records and files.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Data Collection Assistance:

Assist in the collection of survey data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Other Duties:

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Data Analyst of Institutional Research.

Enrolled as a student at Holy Family University. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Graphic design and document formatting skills are a plus. Participation in on-campus student organizations is a plus.
