Request for Test Monitoring
Request for Test Monitoring
If you have students who need testing accommodations (extended time, reduced distraction environment) or need to take a make-up test, we can monitor it for you. We will make sure that any restrictions you enforced on your class (time limit, no access to materials/resources, etc.) will be in place during the make-up test.
All requests need to be made 5 business days before the scheduled test.
For more details on the testing procedure, read our Test Monitoring Procedures.
Hours
Our available testing hours are:
- Tuesdays: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Please note that the test must be completed by the end of testing hours for that day.
Any questions about the testing process can be directed to testing@holyfamily.edu.
This form is for the use of faculty members only.
Test Monitoring Policies
Before submitting a request form, please read the policy below:
- The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) will enforce all testing requirements stated by the professor. This includes access to information, use of devices, time restrictions, and the like.
- The student needs to turn over all their bags, materials, books, phones and other devices, etc. to the Testing Coordinator before taking the test. They will be able to collect all of them after they have completed the exam.
- The student cannot access the computer in the testing room station unless the professor gave a computer-based exam. If doing a computer-based exam, the student is not allowed to access any online resources, unless the professor gave permission to do so.
- If the student needs to take a restroom break, they need to inform the Testing Coordinator before doing so.
- While taking the test, the student cannot discuss with any person in the vicinity any information related to the test.
