Graduates of the MSN program are prepared to progress to advanced practice programs at the doctoral level (e.g., DNP/Nurse Practitioner programs), PhD programs, EdD programs, or to post-master’s certificate programs. The program is offered in an asynchronous online format.

Education
Our Education specialization allows you to greatly influence the future of healthcare by educating the next generation of nurses. This degree prepares you to work as a nurse educator in various settings such as nursing schools, community colleges, technical schools, healthcare organizations, and continuing education programs. You will be responsible for developing curriculum, teaching and mentoring students, evaluating their performance, and staying updated with the latest nursing trends and technologies. You might also take on leadership roles within educational institutions or contribute to research and policy-making to improve nursing education standards.
Leadership
Our Leadership specialization allows you to pursue various advanced roles in the healthcare industry. This degree equips you with the skills to effectively manage and lead healthcare teams, implement strategic planning, and improve healthcare delivery systems. You can work as a nurse manager, clinical director, healthcare administrator, or nurse consultant. Additionally, this degree can prepare you for executive roles such as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) or Director of Nursing.
