If you’re ready to change the world one meal at a time, “dig in” to the science of nourishment and well-being with Holy Family University. At the heart of our educational philosophy is a commitment to cultivating a new generation of professionals equipped
with the knowledge, skills, and passion to make a meaningful impact on individual and community health.
Program Overview
Nutrition is key to tackling rising global health challenges. As diet-related diseases like obesity and diabetes surge, the demand for experts in dietary strategies is skyrocketing. The Center for Disease Control highlights this obvious, but often ignored, truth: "Good nutrition is essential in keeping current and future generations of Americans healthy across the lifespan. People with healthy eating patterns live longer and are at lower risk for serious health problems such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity."
Our Nutrition Program will give you the tools you need to address these global health challenges. From the basics of food science to understanding full lifecycle nutrition, our curriculum is designed to nurture your passion for health-and well-being –– and prepare you for an impactful career in nutrition, dietetics, public health, or wellness coaching.
